General Shipping Policy
Once your order is ready to ship, our team will conduct a final thorough inspection on every part for any visual defects. Each part is individually wrapped and packed in secure shipping boxes.

Average Shipment Time
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–2 weeks from the order date. Delivery duration varies depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Shipping Methods
International (excluding USA):
EMS Express — Estimated delivery time 5–7 business days.

USA Shipments:
DHL Express — Estimated delivery time 4–5 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the package arrives at the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for details.
Motorfix is not liable for any delays resulting from customs clearance and processes, and it’s the customer’s sole responsibility to cover any such dues to local authorities.

Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Following recent U.S. policy changes, all shipments to the United States now require formal customs processing and duty payment, regardless of order value.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees.
Please note: Refusal to pay duties or rejection of the package may result in return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any eligible refund.
